Pathway to Financial Freedom
Universal Initiatives brings together community leaders to pioneer change to some of our communities most pressing issues, one in particular, the lack of financial education and financial preparedness of LMI young adults between the ages of 18 and 26 years old in our community, launching their life and career in our community following the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working actively with community leaders, advocates, organizations, and small businesses to provide residents of our community from all walks of life with affordable, quality financial education and financial mentorship.
We hope that you will join us at an event, listen on the radio, watch on our website or contribute to our scholarship funds that allow children in our community from all walks of life and diverse households to access quality education.
Affordable housing and a unique pathway to homeownership program that elevates our youth from facing homelessness to building long term wealth through homeownership.
Financial literacy surrounding personal finance and homeownership, encouraging healthy financial decision making and positive financial intervention for vulnerable residents of all ages, abilities, and socioeconomic statuses.
